Where the margin of Biden’s victory was a squeaker-thin 3% or less, low-income Americans accounted for 34% to 45% of the voting population (Arizona 39.96%), Georgia (37.84%), Michigan (37.81%), Nevada (35.78%), North Carolina (43.67%), Pennsylvania (34.12%) and Wisconsin (39.80%), according to the study.

The low-income voters included large numbers of white Americans as well as people of color.

ERIC Investigation, Part 2: The Largest U.S. Counties Removed Only ZERO to TWO Ineligible Voters From Their Voter Rolls the Last 4 Years

Election commissions regularly add to election rolls, automatically, every person using any state service – even if that person has not requested to be an elector.  Your illegal migrant, getting welfare or a driver’s license can be automatically added to the state rolls.  What could go wrong?

They are putting forward a long list of proposals that include creating automatic voter registration systems, preregistering teenagers to vote before they turn 18, returning the franchise to felons released from prison and criminalizing election misinformation.

Democrats who won re-election or will soon take office have interpreted their victories as a mandate to make voting easier and more accessible.

An employee in the Orange County Supervisor of Elections (SOE) office in Orlando, Fla., exfiltrated private voter data to hundreds of workers, potentially jeopardizing the security of thousands of protected voters, a whistleblower alleges.

These “Money Mules” were not wealthy individuals. They were average Americans, living in an average house in an average neighborhood.  Or at least that is how it would appear. The investigative group observed massive patterns and red flags in the data.  One of the biggest flags was that all of these campaign finance mules in Washington State had been making donations to Raphael Warnock in Georgia.

Many election integrity investigators are looking through registration records and trying to find suspicious registrations based on the number of records attributed to a specific address as an initial way of identifying records of interest and of need of further scrutiny. This can often produce false positives for things like nursing homes, college dormitories, etc. Additionally, one of the concerns that has been raised is the risk of potential elder abuse, ID theft, manipulation or improper use of ballots for occupants of nursing home, hospice care or assisted living facilities.

Although ERIC's main focus was pitched as voter role maintenance - only 11M voters have been removed from the state rolls while 60M  have been identified as potentially eligible voters. 

As previously reported, ERIC is a voter-roll management organization used by 33 states which ostensibly exists to identify duplicate or deceased registrants (by cross-referencing states’ voter and DMV records) and thereby “clean” state voter rolls. Alabama joined ERIC in 2015 and currently pays about $25,000 a year for its membership.

Then recently he had to be in Washington for a convention of Secretaries of State, so he decided to drop by the offices of ERIC. Their listed address is  1201 Connecticut Ave. NW, Ste 600, Washington, DC 20036.

Allen said:  “Since I was in town, I went to see the ERIC Headquarters. What I found was that there was no ERIC headquarters at that address. There were no employees.   There were no servers. There was no ERIC presence of any kind. Instead. I found a virtual office that is rentable by the day. What it was missing was people, servers, and any sign of the ERIC team.”

The Electronic Registration Information Center (ERIC) is a non-profit organization with the sole mission of assisting states to improve the accuracy of America’s voter rolls and increase access to voter registration for all eligible citizens. ERIC is governed and managed by states who choose to join, and was formed in 2012 with assistance from The Pew Charitable Trusts.

Vote-By-Mail fails most of the safeguards against election fraud:  (1)  There should be a valid reason for not being able to vote in person at the polling station.  (2)  Photo ID verification is not possible  (despite the requirement to show photo ID for almost everything else).  (3)  Secrecy and confidentiality are compromised,  allowing undue influence and coercion to be applied to voters,  and facilitating vote buying.  (4)  Signature verification is made more complicated.  (5)  Chain-of-custody is difficult to maintain with Vote-By-Mail.  (6)  Vote-By-Mail facilitates ballot harvesting

he states announced in tandem Monday that they were beginning the process to pull out, after weeks of tense negotiations over potential changes the organization could make to appease GOP members who have been facing constituent pressure about ERIC, in part due to a sustained misinformation campaign from the far-right.

In a real-life example, this month, we found a county that changed 31,500 zip codes, yet the voter remained at the same address.  Curious?

That means the voter did not change their address, continued to receive all their mail, except one item – a ballot sent from a voter commission.

Nearly 2/3’s of all Democratic Mail-In Ballot Applications happen in the Spring. That’s because counties are statutorily required to mail the prior year’s Mail-In Ballot Applicants if they wish to re-enroll for the current year. (4/32) 

Essentially, Democratic campaigns “chase” those county mailers with digital ads, texts, robocalls or even their own mailer to get Democratic voters to re-enroll for a Mail-In Ballot. (5/32) 

“Historically, Democrats lead in the early vote,” he said. “And right now, when you combine both the in-person and the mail ballots, registered Democrats are trailing the Republicans by about 30,000 ballots that have been returned. So that should be very concerning to them.”

Republicans typically turn out strongly on Election Day. So Democrats need to rack up big numbers beforehand, especially since the GOP surpassed Democrats in voter registration for the first time last year.

ERIC could be actively facilitating interference with our elections this November. With the growing percentage of absentee voting in our elections, this issue takes on greater significance. The only way to offset the theft of our elections in the short time we have before the 2022 election is to have poll watchers be allowed access to the signature match process at the county supervisor of elections offices. This action will be the only way to ensure a clean, verifiable election in November.

Poll watching, Knotts said, is a “hands-on” way for those with questions to get them answered. He said 500 to 600 people have signed up, ascribing the influx of volunteers to concerns about election integrity and enthusiasm for Youngkin.

“Their job is to see anything that looks irregular and point it out. We’re not there trying to trap anybody or cause a disruption - it’s just to watch the process,” he said.

Now that citizens are aware of the fraud, many jurisdictions are taking active measures to prevent discovery and disclosure of it. Below are several county-level suggestions to help prevent fraud. Every training conducted by those of us doing such training included instruction about behavior, and that they must be “Peaceful. Lawful. Honest.” Yet, without evidence, the closer we got to Election Day, the more hysterical the headlines became, warning of violence at the polls resulting from too many observers watching the process.

Teresa Miller with Protect Your Vote Florida was one of the people watching to make sure the process was transparent. “I really just wanted to say I was part of the process from the beginning until the end and figure out where it needs to be tightened up. The mail-in ballots, are definitely an issue in my opinion,” Miller said. She would like to put poll watchers in every precinct during the election and have more time to inspect signatures.
